CCS stands for Compressed Cell Structure. This means that the strategically-placed pockets on the face of these pads do not absorb polish. This offers a number of benefits including: slower rate of polish absorption, improved control, less pad skipping and reduced heat build-up. For best results, use with UFC Foam Restoration Compound (1978).
